Anime Worlds I'd Want To Live In

Today, I decide to compile a short list of anime worlds I'd want to live in. Let's not pretend that you haven't thought that there wasn't an anime world that you didn't want to live in. Anime worlds are crafted in a way that makes you want to live in that kind of world so it's only natural that you'd want to live in one of them, I know I have quite a few that I'd want to live in. Just to be clear though, this is strictly about anime universes that I would want to live in. This does not mean that I want to be in the main character's shoes. If I were to do that, that would be a completely different list. Also, this list is in order from least desirable to most.

Where'd my Spoilers go?

5. No Game No Life
The series takes place in an alternate dimension where instead of fighting, games are played to settle disputes. This could be something as simple as flipping a coin or something more like a game of chess. Being able to live a life here all you have to really do to survive is to keep playing games is a dream come true.  Another cool thing about their world is that there are several different sentient races on the planet including humans and eves. The only problem is that humans are considered the weakest out of the many races in the world so maybe if I went into this world I might not want to be a human. But then again, the main characters are human and prove that humans aren't as weak as everyone thinks they are so potentially, being human would not be a problem.

4. Eve no Jikan
Eve no Jikan takes place in a futuristic society where basically every family has its own robot. I think this is beyond coo and one of the most amazing things that will ever happen to mankind. To be clear, I don't want a robot so they would be doing my chores and basically take on a role as a butler or maid, but I want a robot because it'd be incredibly cool. I'm sure the novelty would wear off eventually, but I'm always really impressed by technology. So the fact that in their world, they have robots that are capable of human thoughts is very enticing (if not a bit frightening because there could be a revolt due to their mistreatment)

3. Aria
Aria takes place on Mars where most of the planet is covered by water due to the ice melting and thus the most reliable way of travel around are not cars but boats and air craft. The town that Aria takes place in, Neo Venezia, is a very stunning and beautiful area where you can frequently see Undines taking customers on tours of the city through waterways. It's a very calming and peaceful sight. Another thing that makes me want to live in Aria's world is the fact that there is no conflict at all. There aren't any crimes or mean people, everyone works hard and is nice to one another. Aria's world is truly a utopia.

2. Pokemon
Who doesn't want to go out on an adventure to become the next Pokemon master? I've wanted to be a Pokemon master since I first saw the show and played the games. Only need to be 10 years old to start? Check. Get money for winning trainer battles? Check. Make friends with a lot of people including your Pokemon? Check. Everything is pretty cool. There is little to no conflict in Pokemon save for the gangs but it's ok, me and my Pokemon will take them down. Health care is also extremely cheap, a bike can take you anywhere and when you can't bike you can fly on a Pokemon, you can sleep in people's beds and they don't even care, and you can get shocked, burned, frozen, etc. and never die. I think the only reason I'd be hesitant to go into this world would be because the Pokemon might look much more real than their anime selves and that would be frightening.
Let's be real though, I'd probably be one of those trainers lurking on the side waiting for a trainer to pass and then challenge them to a battle.

1. To Aru series
The To Aru series made it number one on this list because it has the most interesting world out of all of the anime I can think of. In their world you can be either an ESPer or a magic user. I'd love to be either. To be able to develop my ESPer powers in Academy City would be amazing even if I would not be able to get up to level 5. The fact that I'd have ESP would be all that I really cared about. Even if it was something as useless as Uiharu's power to keep things warm, that's still something. Academy City is also extremely technologically advanced so being able to do things that we wouldn't normally be able to do in modern day society would be very exciting. If I could learn magic, I'd be in the same boat. Even if I couldn't become a renound magician, I'd still be able to use magic and that'd be enough for me. Let's also not forget that the legendary Misaka Mikoto is also in this universe so that's a huge plus.
